Q: I would like to buy a DVD set as a gift for a friend, will you ship it directly to her?
A: Yes, we will be glad to send your order to a friend with a personalized greeting card (gift receipt). Your invoice will be mailed directly to you.

Q: If I purchase a conference DVD set at the conference, when will it be ready?
A: Individual DVDs and CDs will be ready about ten minutes after the recording has stopped. Complete sets that are ordered in advance will be assembled for you as the conference progresses, and you may pick it up on your way out the door. If you leave the conference early, just stop by the sales table to pick up the partial set, and the rest will be mailed to you free within three business days following the event.

Q: I purchased a disc that won't play, can I exchange it?
A: We always guarantee our product, but first, lets make sure that we clarify the problem. Check to make sure that the disc is free of dust or smudges and that it is inserted right-side-up in the correct player. A DVD (video) will not play in a car CD (audio) player. Then let's check the other discs you purchased. If none of them will play, it may be a problem with the player. After eliminating a few simple factors, call or email and we will be happy to send you a new (quality tested) disc.
