Revival Connections at the "White Horse Cafe" is in White River Junction, Vermont. In the past 9 years Pastor Dee Copley has assisted many ministries around the world to come into northern New England. In August of 2001, Dee and her husband, Todd Arbogast, opened their home to Monday night worship and prayer gatherings. It quickly out grew the house and the garage, which was also known as "the Cave". In the fall of 2002, the Mercy Revival poured out nightly for eleven weeks.
